I worked initially with Ed and then Les handled the completion of my new metal roof. The pricing was fair and the work done was exceptional. We had the BEST salesman, Kyle, come to our house and quote our flat roof repair. From the minute we met him we trusted him and didn't look for anyone else to quote the work. I recently had the roof replace on my house and Ridgecap Roofind was very helpful in this process, their contact person Kyle Thompson went above and beyond to make sure this process went smoothly. We had a leak in a skylight. And with each rain it got worse. Everyone we called either didn't call back or couldn't come out very soon. Called Ridgecap and they had someone come out right away. Spoke with Jim, and he had a crew out this a.m. and they had it done in no time. Guys were great, excellent work and respectful of property if you have a problem with your roof give them a call. Kyle Thompson did an excellent job of explaining, organizing and following up on every detail of the installation of our roof after the stress of the last hurricane season. He was on-site and in communication frequently and provided the excellent value we had heard about. I live in South Florida and have a house with a tile roof that needed some repair due to a leak. Ridgecap Roofing came right away. They went into the attic and confirmed the leak. The next day they had two roofers come and repair the roof. This was about two years ago and the fix is still good. Overall, I was very pleased with Ridgecap Roofing service, quality and the price of repair was very reasonable. I would use them again if I have another problem with my roof.

From the moment we asked for an estimate to the completion of the roof it was seamless. Very professional in communicating from start to finish. I've dealt with a lot of roofing companies this past year trying to fix a massive water leak during heavy rains. Ridgecap is the only company that could resolve the problem. They listen and care about their clients and go above and beyond to solve the problem.

My wife and I recently had a critter problem in the attic and needed help locating any possible entry points on our roof . We called Ridgecap Roofing and they sent Kyle T . over right away . Kyle checked out our roof outside and inside from the attic area also . He pointed out possible spots at the gutter “returns” that might need to be sealed. He recommended an exterminator who we contacted and sure enough they sealed 5 different spots and replaced a couple of soffit vents .
