We had the BEST salesman, Kyle, come to our house and quote our flat roof repair. From the minute we met him we trusted him and didn't look for anyone else to quote the work. Kyle kept us up to date on scheduling the work and kept in touch throughout the process. He's the kind of guy you wish you had as a neighbor. I met Ridgecap Roofing last year at a home show. I was completely impressed with how they explained the process and must of took 30 mins to speak with me. I got several quotes from other roofing companies and Ridgecap was very competitive. Kyle was my point of contact and went out of his way to make sure I was informed of the process and satisfied and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend Ridgecap roofing.

My wife and I recently had a critter problem in the attic and needed help locating any possible entry points on our roof . We called Ridgecap Roofing and they sent Kyle T . over right away . Kyle checked out our roof outside and inside from the attic area also . He pointed out possible spots at the gutter “returns” that might need to be sealed. He recommended an exterminator who we contacted and sure enough they sealed 5 different spots and replaced a couple of soffit vents . Thank you Kyle for going above and beyond to help us out , your kindness was appreciated also . God bless Rachel & Steve B .
